Your membership

• A membership is for one person. Please don’t share your login.
• The Stokely Flock is $25 a month, and you can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then your access to the course and the members’ channels ends. Partial months aren’t refunded.
• Memberships can’t be transferred to another person.
• Masterclass buyers keep course access with no end date. The Masterclass doesn’t include form checks or the members’ channels.

The lessons are for you

The course videos and text belong to Scott Stokely LLC. Please don’t record, download, copy or re-post them, and don’t paste them into other sites, apps or AI tools. Lesson pages are watermarked with your account.

Form checks

Post a clip of your throw in the form-check channels in our Discord server, and a certified Stokely Method trainer replies, usually within 48 hours. Feedback is coaching on your throw, not medical advice. If something hurts, stop and check with a doctor or physical therapist.

Know your limits

Practice at a pace that’s right for your body. Warm up, take breaks, and build up gradually when a lesson changes your form.

The community

• Be kind and keep it about the disc golf. Everyone is working on something, at every level.
• Follow the server rules in #rules. Staff may remove posts or members that break them.
• What members share in the members’ channels stays there: please don’t screenshot or re-post other members’ videos or messages.

Research

By joining, you agree that we may use anonymized information from your coaching, such as form-check questions and feedback, with your name and anything that identifies you removed, for research to improve the Stokely Method and our teaching.

Sharing your story

If you post a testimonial or send one to Admin Jane, we’ll only share it on our websites with your OK.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment: DM Admin Jane or email lessons@scottstokely.net. After 30 days, payments can’t be refunded.
